SAAN Verdante A New Paradigm in Indian Housing Design

Comprises of Mr. Prem Arora, Mr. Rajan Bajaj and Mr. Anmol Arora, Promoters from SAAN Group, Mr. Robin Matharu, Promoter from renu robin Design.

They have come together with a vision to raise the bar in the Housing segment in Delhi/NCR region, as their collective experience makes for a group with ideal synergies.

SAAN Group

Zero debt enterprise -For two decades has been engaged in developing real estate and infrastructure projects in the country. The group takes pride in developing various premium residential projects, IT Parks, Roads and Hydro-electric Power Plants. Besides, the Group is also engaged in finance and leasing.

A multiple Award Winning Design & Build Architectural & Interior Design firm, is involved nationally and internationally in projects ranging from Luxury Hotels, Institutional Buildings , Large scale Office & IT Buildings along with High End Luxury Farmhouses & Residential Buildings. rrD was the official Associate Architectural firm for the highly acclaimed luxury hotel “The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa” in Gulmarg along with the Gujarat Bhawan in Delhi & Taj Vivanta in Dharamshala too name a few.

Our Team The Team is very cohesive with each member overlooking a key aspect of the project in consultation with others.

Mr. Robin Matharu

A topper from School Of Planning & Architecture Delhi, Looks after the Key roles of Architecture & Interior Design along with architects ACPL. Apart from this he and his firm are involved in the stringent Quality Control of the project.

Mr. Anmol Arora

Mr Anmol Arora an Engineer & MBA and also the youngest member of the Team is the live wire handling the Key Role of hands on on-site day to day Construction & Quality Control Management of the project along with the able SAAN Verdante in house Construction Team.

Mr. Jaidiip Kailash Manuja

Mr. Jaidiip Kailash Manuja is as passionate as one can get about the work he does. An always motivated personality, he has an extensive 30 years experience in Sales and Marketing and 20 years in Real estate background working in international markets like USA, Canada and Dubai, and domestically in India.

Mr. Rajan Bajaj

Mr Rajan Bajaj an astute Generational Business Man is spearheading the key Sales & Promotions role of the project along with Mr Jaideep Manuja of Trinity Group. Jaideep has more than 25 years in realty sales business.

Mr. Prem Arora

Mr Prem Arora: an IIT Delhi Engineer and our Senior Most Member, Looks after the key roles of Construction Management, Legal Aspects along with the Supply Chain for the Project.

Architects of SAAN Verdante are ACPL led by Mr Kulmeet Shingari and Robin Matharu of renu robin Design who has done the Concept & Design Development.

About ACPL: Headed by Mr Kulmeet Shangari, a renowned architect, established in 1973, is an organization of repute in the Architecture & Realty industry.They have successfully designed projects like Cyberthum of Bhutani Group , Spaze Privvy AT4 in Gurgaon, Orris Business Square in Manesar, to name a few.
